Yes — a refundable security deposit (typically equal to one day's rental) is held during the rental period. Returned in full when the board comes back in good shape.
Minor dings happen and we cover them. Major damage (broken nose, cracks all the way through) is charged at repair cost — usually $40–$120 depending on severity.
Yes! Swell changes, conditions change, your skills change. Swap anytime during your rental at no extra cost.
Yes — free delivery within Puerto Vallarta & Bucerías. Sayulita, San Pancho & Punta Mita have a small delivery fee ($10–$20).
